Maria is the founder and owner of Winston & Steels Corp, a woman-owned construction and design-build company serving the Twin Cities.
With a background that blends architectural design, engineering, and quality control, Maria brings a rare combination of creativity, precision, and technical expertise to every project.
Maria earned her degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Dunwoody College of Technology in Minneapolis, where she developed her skills in space planning, structural design, and modern construction methods.

Before founding Winston & Steels Corp in 2020, Maria worked as part of an architectural design team and as a Quality Control Inspector, ensuring every detail met the highest standards.
